Hi,
What do all those x's mean after a person's name? I mean on the list of people who are ignoring you, there are 4 x's, what does that mean? Thanks,

Well, you know how it has a table with boardposts, QuickNotes, PM, and Personwatch. Well, it says X, I think, because it won't tel you how the user is ignoring. you see. you can ignore someone on qn's but not on board posts. or both. but it wont show the other users private ignoring-you-info. please tell me if that made sense? mel
well, I'm not sure, I think you can ignore either board posts, and not quicknotes, or ignore quicknotes or board posts, or all. Yes it did say the following people are ignoring you in some way, so I was just curious ifeach x showed which part of your messages or quicknotes they were ignoring. For instance, if maybe there was an x after quicknotes, that means they're ignoring your quicknotes, etc.

Hmmm. Maybe, I didn't thinka it that way. The first time I saw it, I thought it was just not telling you what they were ignoring you from. Hmmm...
how do you know they're ignoring you? Like the x's are in the person's username on their profile? Because when u ignore someone, you ignore them on boards, and private mail. On the boards all it is is just a filter.
no no blindvi if you go to your account settings now you can see who's ignoring you, and there are x's for each thing they ignore you on. so a user can opt not to receive your qn's but still look at your board posts ... etc.
yes, when you go to your account settings now you have the choice of what to ignore from people, private mail, qn's, board posts, and person watch, though I don't think the person watch would apply to me in any way, because I'm not a premium member. I don't know if premium members can add standard members to their watch list. But anyway, way down at the bottom of your ignore list, it says, the following people are ignoring you in some way, and it has 4 x's after their user names, each x on a separate line, so I was just wondering if the x stood for what ever part of your messages they were ignoring.

That's correct. Right now, if you were ignoring someone, you're now ignoring them in all categories. You can change this if you wish.
does it still ignore the person in all categories if you click the ignore link on board posts? I mean, if you don't go in to your account settings and choose what to ignore and not to ignore, it still ignores everything from the person?
